About Me
I am a master’s level psychologist with an office in Plymouth, MI at 42233 Ann Arbor Road. The office is conveniently located 1 mile west of I-275 in the PMC building.
I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from social anxiety. Often this includes having panic attacks, performance anxiety, stage fright, fears of criticism from others or a difficulty engaging with others outside of necessity.
I have been in private practice since 2012. I am licensed as an LLP by the state of Michigan and this allows me to practice independently with regular supervision by a PhD psychologist.
My strengths of organization, attention to detail and professionalism play a vital role in ensuring quality treatment and patient care. Creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, empathic and nonjudgmental are key components to how I work.
I have experience working at different levels of treatment care, both outpatient and inpatient. I worked at Henry Ford’s Partial Hospitalization Program as part of a multidisciplinary team where I facilitated groups. I also worked on Henry Ford’s Psychiatric Inpatient Unit providing services for individuals in severe, often times chronic, distress. My experience working in these different settings called for flexibility in treatment approach and this has been invaluable to working with individuals based on where they are at when they come to see me.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, spending time outdoors, backpacking and traveling.
